SMCS Strength & Conditioning wrapped up another successful summer, with more than 100 student-athletes participating over a six-week period. Through expert coaching and a structured training environment, student-athletes worked to develop strength, speed, flexibility, and overall athletic performance. The programme supports student-athletes at every stage of development, from those building an athletic foundation to elite athletes pursuing higher levels of performance.
